Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle deployment projects from initial sales engagement through post-launch validation, ensuring solutions align with customer goals and deliver quantifiable results.
- Contribute directly to the codebase by creating, testing, and deploying tailored features and fixes, reducing the gap between customer requirements and shipped functionality.
- Prioritize frequent releases and active user feedback to refine solutions quickly and validate technical direction in real time.
- Develop standardized approaches and documentation for common implementation challenges to increase efficiency across future projects.
- Provide structured, actionable insights to product teams based on customer experience, highlighting unmet needs and influencing roadmap priorities.
- Integrate artificial intelligence tools as a core part of the development workflow for coding, testing, debugging, and delivery.
- Select and initiate engagements proactively, identifying high-impact opportunities and declining those that don't align with strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor across departments, collaborating with sales, customer success, and engineering teams on customer-facing initiatives.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators such as deployment speed, customer outcome achievement, reuse of implementation patterns, and quality of product feedback.
