Support the Project Manager regarding the planning of different work packages and milestones in order to have a SOP in time Support the Engineering team from Requirements Analysis via Implementation within the SW/System to the Validation (V-model) Support the team to ensure that the designed product can be produced with the needed Quality Support the team for the performance of different Quality Gates and the release of samples (APQP) Support the team to ensure that the Bosch Launch as well as Customer Launch at the production line is prepared well Support the team to prevent failure already during the development phase by participating e.g. FMEA Support the team as 8D coach to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way Support the team to identify/calculate and record the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality Perform Process Compliance Check & track the Quality status, derive corrective actions together with Engineering to close the gap Perform an independent Reporting summarizing the Q status and deviations to TOP management and achieve released decision requests Perform Quality gate, control plan, FMEA moderation, process audit. Coordinate customer audits Other tasks assigned by the manager
