Responsibilities
- Hold consistent one-on-one meetings, deliver practical feedback, and oversee team performance.
- Guide and develop engineers by supporting their progression along the Engineering Career Path and achieving career objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team environment.
- Keep cross-functional teams engaged, focused, and operating at a high level of productivity.
- Serve as a technical advisor and resource for engineering team members.
- Evaluate technical choices, assess system architectures, support long-term scalability, and promote robust, thoroughly tested solutions.
- Report directly to the Director of Engineering and actively participate in the Engineering Management Team.
- Provide strategic input to strengthen the engineering function and support organizational planning initiatives.
- Encourage consistent use of best practices and adoption of innovative technologies, including advanced AI tools to improve daily efficiency.
