- Ensure high availability and low-latency transaction handling
- Guide architectural decisions for new payment methods and regional expansions
- Manage sprint planning and delivery timelines for engineering squads
- Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance payment capabilities
- Support audit readiness and security certification efforts
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across engineering teams
- Balance technical debt with feature development priorities
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and performance bottlenecks
- Lead post-mortem analyses for service disruptions
- Ensure documentation standards are maintained across integration projects
- Drive automation in testing and deployment workflows
