Responsibilities
- Drive business and product strategies to create a seamless, intuitive, and efficient onboarding process.
- Work with teams across Product, Design, Operations, and Sales to set priorities and deliver engaging customer activation experiences.
- Use AI to redesign and automate onboarding workflows, enhancing speed, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Execute the Onboarding roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of systems and features for customer activation.
- Manage and lead an engineering team, including hiring, mentoring, performance evaluation, and setting technical direction.
- Improve engineering processes, technical architecture, and product quality continuously.
- Promote a team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least six years of software engineering experience with strong technical expertise.
- Minimum three years managing or leading engineers in a high-growth setting.
- Solid technical background and understanding of software development principles.
- Proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
- Regular collaboration with cross-functional partners and excellence in aligning stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to evaluate impact, measure funnel performance, and optimize activation metrics.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI-powered product features, including LLM-driven automation and personalization.
- Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake, Hex, or similar.
- Background in developing systems for onboarding, implementation, identity, workflow automation, or customer lifecycle products.
- History as a technology venture founder or early technical team member, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit.
Compensation
The expected salary range is $240,000 CAD - $300,000 CAD, with starting pay based on location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal equity; additional compensation may include equity.
