Responsibilities
- Define technical vision across key machine learning components, including foundation models, shared architectures, task-specific models, and systems supporting full-stack autonomous driving capabilities.
- Drive fast-paced training and iteration processes across teams, ensuring models are deployed into production vehicles every quarter with measurable impact on client programs.
- Collaborate directly with automotive manufacturers and program teams to align model design and delivery timelines with vehicle platform requirements.
- Oversee offboard machine learning infrastructure critical to development speed, including training systems, data selection, automated labeling accuracy, and evaluation frameworks linking offline metrics to real-world vehicle performance.
- Manage end-to-end model development from concept to embedded deployment, covering large-scale training, model compression, and optimizations tailored to specific hardware.
- Attract, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering talent in a competitive landscape, shaping team structure, culture, and technical excellence during growth phases.
