Responsibilities
- Guide strategic planning and execution for teams working on Managed Credentials and Managed Service Provider platforms.
- Ensure team outcomes align with company-wide goals and priorities.
- Partner with senior technical staff to shape a compelling and forward-looking engineering roadmap.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions for internal and external customers.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Lead project execution with a focus on iterative progress, high quality, speed, and clear communication.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team and across the organization.
- Support professional growth of team members through coaching and development opportunities.
- Attract, hire, and retain high-performing engineering talent in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Collaborate with other engineering managers to improve hiring, onboarding, and career development practices.
