Responsibilities
- Guide a geographically dispersed team of engineers within your time zone.
- Support professional growth via coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development planning.
- Coordinate expectations and alignment with peer engineering teams, leadership, and external partners.
- Promote and evolve contemporary software engineering methodologies.
- Contribute to technical excellence through code and system architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams, open source contributors, and external partners.
- Attend global events, both internal and external, for four to six weeks annually.
