Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and grow engineering talent through active leadership
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team and organizational culture
- Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of technical projects
- Help shape and execute team strategy in alignment with broader goals
- Work closely with other engineering teams across functions and regions
- Manage a geographically dispersed team aligned to your time zone, such as Americas or EMEA
- Support professional growth via coaching, feedback, and career development planning
- Align expectations and communicate effectively with engineering peers, leadership, and external partners
- Promote and implement current best practices in software development
- Engage in code and system architecture reviews as part of the engineering lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams, open source contributors, and external collaborators
- Attend global events, both internal and external, for four to six weeks annually
