Attentive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Compute and Networking team. In this role, you'll manage a group of engineers responsible for the foundational infrastructure that powers our platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers
- Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for compute and networking services
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical platform infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering leaders across the company to align on priorities
- Establish and track team goals, metrics, and operational processes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience directly managing software or infrastructure engineers
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proven track record of building and scaling distributed systems
- Strong technical background in compute, networking, or cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
