- Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of card payments across APAC and EMEA regions
- Support professional growth of engineers by guiding career progression and development
- Foster a high-performing engineering environment focused on technical excellence, system reliability, and architectural simplicity
- Implement and manage workflows that enable strong team performance and seamless collaboration across departments
- Participate in company-wide engineering leadership efforts as part of the engineering management group
- Lead hiring initiatives to attract and onboard skilled engineers, working closely with recruitment partners
