Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and orderly delivery of all planned team features by owning the execution of the roadmap.
- Facilitate sprint planning and weekly syncs to maintain focus, resolve blockers, and clarify priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define achievable feature components and manage scope effectively.
- Intervene when progress stalls due to ambiguous requirements, technical hurdles, or miscommunication.
- Monitor team workflows beyond output, identifying and recommending efficiency improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to engineers through feedback, career development, and clear expectations.
- Maintain essential engineering practices—such as on-call, bug triage, and retrospectives—efficiently and without unnecessary complexity.
