Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams of software and data engineers building AI-powered systems deployed in production environments
- Oversee technical execution and delivery of client-facing initiatives, ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and results
- Work with cross-functional groups to convert business requirements into robust, production-grade systems
- Guide the design and architecture of solutions across infrastructure, backend services, data platforms, and AI-driven workflows
- Provide technical leadership through coaching, code reviews, design critiques, and ongoing feedback
- Balance immediate project demands with long-term goals for system scalability and maintainability
- Keep up with advancements in AI and software engineering to apply practical, effective technologies to client challenges
