The Engineering Lead will support the secure custody platform at Taurus SA, a FINMA-regulated securities firm providing digital asset infrastructure solutions. This role involves managing end-user IT systems, supporting corporate IT operations, and ensuring robust security practices across offices in Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, and Sion.
What You'll Do
- Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools, including handover to end-users
- Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Identification, recording, categorization, investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users' environment
- Support IT-related tasks connected to our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich
- Administration, maintenance and improvements of corporate applications
- Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network, Printers, Small Devices)
- Access rights management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
- Proven experience of administrating Linux, Mac and Windows workstations
- Experience with Azure administration (including Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows defender)
- Proficient with security best practices in banking environments
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
- Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between our 3 offices (Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge (incl. development) of Salesforce a plus
- Knowledge of Python scripting a plus
- Go programming language a plus
