Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards in technical delivery, including code quality, system architecture, performance, and compliance with engineering best practices.
- Lead the technical direction for the payout domain, shaping its evolution and designing advanced routing capabilities.
- Guide the team in building scalable and maintainable product solutions aligned with long-term goals.
- Actively contribute to development through coding, code reviews, and direct involvement in delivery cycles.
- Manage team productivity, goal setting, and support engineers in identifying and progressing along their career paths.
- Determine optimal team composition and lead hiring decisions to maintain capability and balance.
- Refine team processes and workflows as it matures into a self-sufficient, focused unit.
- Champion the strategic vision for payouts and align cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
- Evaluate and author RFCs for key technical decisions impacting the payout domain.
