Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle technical delivery during the build phase, ensuring tasks are properly sequenced, managed, and aligned with established priorities, scope, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with Business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, the Chief Architect, and engineering teams to ensure clear decision-making and consistent delivery momentum.
- Supervise the creation, evaluation, and finalization of technical specifications and supporting build materials prior to development initiation.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- Provide governance oversight, deliver status updates, and manage escalations to ensure quality outcomes and timely resolution of challenges.
- Serve as the bridge between technical design plans and implementation, ensuring development teams have clear direction for execution.
- Convert business and product objectives into a structured technical delivery roadmap for engineering teams.
- Ensure all technical requirements, specifications, dependencies, interfaces, and acceptance conditions are clearly defined before development begins.
- Lead and synchronize build efforts across development and support teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Align architectural decisions, technical designs, backlog priorities, and engineering activities to maintain consistency.
- Monitor progress toward milestones and intervene when encountering blockers, design gaps, resource constraints, or delivery risks.
- Support testing, release, and deployment readiness by ensuring build outputs are complete, properly managed, and traceable.
