Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to design and refine lab spaces that support the changing requirements of engineering and manufacturing functions
- Enhance laboratory performance by integrating new technologies, improving spatial layouts for efficiency, and upgrading current facilities
- Oversee the tracking and availability of all lab assets, including instruments, chemical supplies, and disposable materials
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, establish systems for lab cleanliness and order, and provide training to personnel
- Support engineers through hands-on technical assistance, including building prototypes and conducting tests and experiments
- Ensure all workspaces adhere to applicable safety codes and sector-specific regulatory requirements
