Responsibilities
- Complete an onboarding phase by observing Account Managers, Account Directors, Account Coordinators, and leadership to understand internal processes, client expectations, and operational challenges.
- Monitor and record daily activities in client-facing teams to identify manual tasks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for automation.
- Hold regular conversations with team members to collect feedback, confirm findings, and build a holistic understanding of cross-account workflows.
- Convert unclear, non-technical business requests into precise, structured, and actionable specifications.
- Create thorough documentation and technical requirements to guide automation and tool development projects.
- Collaborate directly with engineering and product teams to deliver well-defined project scopes and ensure shared understanding of objectives.
- Support prioritization by developing business justifications, estimating impact, and contributing to decision-making models for automation efforts.
- Act as a liaison between operational teams and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with actual user workflows and business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering field from an accredited institution is required.
- Strong analytical abilities and structured problem-solving skills, with a focus on simplifying complex, ambiguous processes into clear, repeatable steps.
- Proven capacity for deterministic thinking, applying logic, precision, and attention to detail when solving problems.
- Excellent listening and observational capabilities, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from real-world operations.
- Superior written communication skills, especially in documenting workflows and converting business needs into unambiguous requirements.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in improving processes, systems thinking, and enhancing operational efficiency.
