TiVo is looking for an Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing the Linux OS and integrating partners' deliverables with middleware in an embedded Linux environment. You will work in a high-performance team and partner with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
What You'll Do
- Develop system application manager and integrate with 3rd party applications.
- Develop and integrate system level features for compliance with different certification requirements and regulations.
- Perform tests and profiling to improve overall system robustness and performance.
- Provide interfaces upward to user interface usages and downward to integrate with SoC platform layer.
What We're Looking For
- BS/MS in Computer Science/EE with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Good proficiency with C/C++.
- Proven track record building and delivering complex embedded SW products.
Nice to Have
- Development experience with Embedded Linux (e.g. Yocto).
- Experience leveraging and developing on top of open-source software frameworks.
