Responsibilities
- Organize initial planned inspections or respond to unexpected major maintenance events.
- Provide immediate support to customers during aircraft-on-ground (AOG) situations.
- Build and sustain client relationships through regular communication.
- Expand and manage partnerships with local service centers and mobile repair units.
- Examine maintenance logs or perform physical inspections for new and existing service enrollments.
- Process and verify invoices within the AMS system, adhering to established turnaround time standards.
- Conduct initial assessment of maintenance events to determine appropriate response and resource allocation.
- Manage end-to-end resolution of service events, coordinating between repair facilities, parts suppliers, and customers as the main point of contact.
- Transition resolved events to the designated Product Line Specialist for follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of active service agreements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as directed by Technical Services Management.
