Responsibilities
- Contact program participants via phone and email to introduce them to the career transition process and ensure their enrollment in the system.
- Interact with individuals in a professional manner, responding to questions and sharing key details about the career coaching offering.
- Promote active involvement in the program by identifying and understanding personal barriers or concerns participants may have.
- Maintain a pace of 15 brief calls per hour during peak times, with each call lasting approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
