Responsibilities
- Advise stakeholders on positioning professional services to clients, ensuring sales and customer success teams can clearly communicate service value.
- Lead pre-sales efforts including client discovery, solution design, and proposal creation, coordinating across teams to secure alignment.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and pilot programs to demonstrate platform value and define project scope and effort estimates.
- Drive achievement of key performance indicators such as service bookings, retention, growth, customer outcomes, and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships after project completion to identify and act on future opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners within the ecosystem, engaging jointly on shared client accounts as needed.
- Develop scalable, AI-integrated solutions that align with the platform’s capabilities and stay updated on relevant product features.
- Support the creation and refinement of professional services portfolios and delivery frameworks.
- Provide subject matter guidance to consultants to align proposed solutions with client requirements and ensure successful execution.
- Offer direct project oversight when necessary, spanning the entire engagement lifecycle.
- Manage delivery for multiple high-priority clients concurrently.
- Proactively detect and address risks to customer success through strategic planning, service enhancements, or escalation.
