Highspot is looking for an Engagement Manager to own and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of our platform. You will be a critical partner to customers, aligning our solutions with their business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts
- Develop and execute strategic project plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Act as the primary point of escalation for customer needs and drive resolution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing project management, consulting, or account management role
- Strong track record of managing complex SaaS implementations or technical projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data, understand customer objectives, and translate them into action plans
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
