Highspot was looking for an Engagement Manager - Remote

Highspot is looking for an Engagement Manager to own and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of our platform. You will be a critical partner to customers, aligning our solutions with their business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic project plans to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Proactively manage customer health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for customer needs and drive resolution

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing project management, consulting, or account management role
  • Strong track record of managing complex SaaS implementations or technical projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, understand customer objectives, and translate them into action plans
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in Canada.
