Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for clients and partners during AI deployment projects, maintaining clear communication and aligned expectations.
- Help clients convert business objectives into actionable AI implementation strategies using QVAC features such as local inference, delegated compute, and privacy-preserving systems.
- Assist the Expansion team in evaluating AI opportunities by assessing technical feasibility, integration effort, and delivery methods.
- Discover and propose ways to expand deployed solutions into new use cases, regions, or technology integrations.
- Manage full-cycle QVAC implementation projects from initiation to live deployment.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across models, infrastructure, and integrations.
- Ensure client expectations remain consistent with actual product functionality to prevent scope creep or misalignment.
- Monitor progress across multiple simultaneous AI deployments to guarantee on-time delivery and production readiness.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to stay current on QVAC capabilities, constraints, and future developments.
- Enable seamless integration between client systems and QVAC components such as model pipelines, APIs, and compute environments.
- Engage legal and compliance teams when necessary, especially for AI deployments involving data residency or privacy requirements.
- Maintain organized and consistent communication among all parties involved in implementation processes.
- Create and manage governance structures including project plans, risk registers, and decision records.
- Prepare high-level summaries for executives outlining project status, risks, obstacles, and upcoming actions.
- Document deployment architectures, implementation patterns, and lessons learned for reuse in future initiatives.
- Support resolution of escalated technical or operational issues in a timely manner.
