Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact connecting clients with internal departments
- Develop and sustain lasting relationships with clients
- Gain insight into client objectives, pain points, and operational requirements
- Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and defined scope
- Monitor engagement strategies, schedules, and expected outcomes
- Detect potential project risks and apply corrective actions
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse internal teams such as sales, product, and operations
- Promote high levels of client satisfaction and continued engagement
- Recognize opportunities for additional product or service offerings to existing clients
- Deliver consistent progress updates, performance metrics, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
