Design, build, and maintain kiosk systems tailored for factory settings, including secure configurations, automated setup, remote oversight, and resilient deployment models
Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to deliver specialized endpoint systems suited for industrial use cases
Manage and enhance MDM platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, and Fleet DM to enforce device configurations and security standards
Implement modern Windows configuration management using OMA-0DM, Desired State Configuration, and cloud-based policy frameworks across large device populations
Create automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Go to improve efficiency in endpoint operations
Integrate endpoint management systems with internal and external tools through API-based connections
Lead efforts to address CVE vulnerabilities, including detection, patching plans, and compliance documentation
Enforce and maintain security hardening benchmarks such as DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks across all managed endpoints
Work with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to establish and uphold device security policies
Diagnose and resolve complex endpoint issues, providing escalation support for device management problems
Document technical standards, operational procedures, and runbooks to support consistent and reliable operations
