Concora Credit is hiring an Endpoint Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and oversee endpoint security controls in alignment with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity personnel to strengthen and sustain advanced endpoint protection frameworks.
  • Design, refine, and resolve issues in Windows Autopilot deployment methods, including pre-provisioned, self-deploying, and user-led setups.
  • Perform assessments for Windows readiness and compatibility to ensure smooth system transitions.
  • Support the creation, rollout, documentation, and version control of applications using tools like Intune, Adaptive, and Patch My PC.
  • Follow change management procedures when introducing new software releases.
  • Engage in various workforce enablement initiatives within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Distribute software updates, service packs, and urgent security fixes as needed.
  • Provide support and coverage for Microsoft 365 Global Administrators in managing tenant operations.
  • Oversee core Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online & Server SE, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Administer identity management, license assignments, group memberships, and role-based access via Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 admin interface.
  • Set up and manage security policies including conditional access, Microsoft Purview, data loss prevention (DLP), and data retention rules.
  • Track service health metrics, respond to incidents, and handle service requests and escalations across Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and operational runbooks for tenant configurations and administrative workflows.
  • Integrate and improve endpoint technologies within the growing cloud ecosystem using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Idira (formerly CyberArk EPM), Adaptiva, and Patch My PC.
  • Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort in endpoint management.
  • Develop and apply scripting and automation solutions to simplify deployment and maintenance workflows.
  • Play a key role in planning and executing ongoing endpoint migration strategies to cloud platforms with minimal user impact.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-compatible endpoint solutions.
  • Build AI-driven tools using MS Copilot Studio and Claude to identify and implement high-value use cases.
  • Advise on strategic technology decisions, including build vs. buy and internal development versus commercial AI solutions.
  • Propose governance models and safeguards to secure systems and data affected by AI technologies.
  • Lead recommendations for AI-related workforce training programs.
  • Establish protocols for secure provisioning and access permissions.
  • Deploy monitoring systems, reporting tools, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights and support leadership decision-making.
