Infojini is hiring an End User/Desktop Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Address, troubleshoot, and finalize IT service tickets following established protocols and guidelines.
• Set up, adjust, and validate approved licensed software applications for end users.
• Prepare, evaluate, and deploy warehouse-specific technology including RF scanners, mobile devices, thin clients, wired and wireless scanners, and label printing equipment.
• Label all active and stored IT equipment and keep accurate inventory records.
• Provide technical assistance to remote personnel connecting via VPN, such as regional and district leadership.
• Recover lost or archived data using the NetBackup Enterprise platform.
• Oversee security software on remote devices to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
• Serve as alternate administrator for application security in Manhattan WMS, Lightning Pick, and Fortna WCSPlus systems.
• Support the Senior Network Engineer with daily operations of network switches and 802.11b wireless systems, including VLAN setup and ReefEdge firewall management.
