Responsibilities
- Architect and sustain end-user computing solutions, emphasizing macOS device administration through Microsoft Intune.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of macOS devices, from enrollment and setup to patching, compliance enforcement, and retirement.
- Establish and maintain macOS management configurations in Intune, including compliance rules, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Integrate Apple Business Manager with Intune's Automated Device Enrollment for seamless device provisioning.
- Distribute and administer macOS applications via Intune, handling packaging, deployment settings, and resolving installation problems.
- Enforce macOS security measures such as FileVault encryption, Gatekeeper policies, and device compliance standards.
- Deliver advanced technical support for intricate endpoint and device management challenges.
- Enable consistent endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms.
- Collaborate with global IT, security, and support teams to align architecture and service delivery.
- Develop and enforce device compliance and security policies in line with enterprise requirements.
- Produce and update technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational workflows.
