- Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance kitchen operations and menu offerings
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in line with established recipes for à la carte and buffet services
- Engage in clear communication with team members and prioritize guest satisfaction through feedback
- Guide and support junior staff and apprentices, including scheduling, training, and professional growth
- Work closely with other departments and coordinate with external suppliers
