Responsibilities
- Guide and instruct individuals in acquiring skills necessary for workplace success.
- Coach and train individuals in learning and performing essential job functions.
- Establish and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with service providers to communicate progress toward goals.
- Assist in maintaining case files and related documentation as required by the company and supporting agencies.
- Carry out duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.
- Ability to communicate effectively through listening, verbal, written, and presentation software.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.

- Work is performed in a hybrid environment, including an office environment, customer worksite, and community environments with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise.
- Clothing specific to the job site may be required.
- Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: Viewing computer screen/monitor, Keyboarding, Maneuvering to and around equipment, Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching, Moving or lifting boxes up to 25 pounds, (For some positions) Transporting to various locations within customer site(s) as needed.
