About the Role
We are looking for someone who treats employer branding like a product - builds it strategically, measures it precisely, and delivers it efficiently in a multi-market environment. The EB Group Expert role is for someone who can think at the group level while acting at the country level - and does it with the help of AI, not alongside it.
If AI is part of your everyday toolkit (not just a trend you follow, but a tool you actually use) - read on.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing a group-wide employer branding (EB) strategy consistent across all markets (PL, UK, FR, IT, Iberia)
Managing EB projects end-to-end: recruitment campaigns, ambassador programs, events, and ESG initiatives
Collaborating with local HR teams and marketing — ensuring coordination across markets
Building relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders within the organization
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs for EB effectiveness — making data-driven decisions, not intuitive ones
Supporting recruitment and onboarding initiatives in a group-wide context
Qualifications
Proven experience in employer branding, HR, or employer brand communication within a complex - preferably international - organization
AI in practice, not just on your CV - you use AI tools for content creation, data analysis, campaign prototyping, or process automation. We may verify this during the interview
Experience managing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
Ability to work with data and metrics - KPIs are your language, not just a requirement
High level of autonomy and comfort working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
Fluent English (C1/C2) - used daily at work
Why join us?
You'll get a real opportunity to shape the employer brand of a European-scale company, direct collaboration with the Group Head of Talent, and access to strategic decision-making - not just executing it.
