Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business, product & tech, and recruitment teams — translating real hiring needs into bold, targeted strategies that pull top talent from Ukrainian and European markets.
- Own our Employee Value Proposition, make it land authentically, and drive global employer brand initiatives that actually move the needle.
- Architect the full talent marketing strategy — own the channels, messages, personas, and roadmap
- Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, niche dev platforms, and tech newsletters that hit the right engineers, PMs, and fintech specialists — not everyone, the right ones
- Own Solidgate's employer brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond — consistent, sharp, and worth following
- Pitch and place employer brand stories and executive thought leadership in the tech and business media our target talent actually reads
- Lock in partnerships with top tech communities, developer hubs, and industry platforms for always-on presence where the best people already are
- Turn Solidgate's engineers, PMs, and leaders into confident, on-brand voices through content that makes sharing effortless
- Build a referral engine with real teeth that turns internal networks into a steady pipeline
- Define KPIs that connect talent marketing directly to hiring outcomes — cost per hire, funnel conversion, brand awareness among target personas
- Track, report, kill what's flat, double down on what moves the needle
- Lead hiring events and tech meetups that candidates remember and talk about — not another booth at a job fair
- Build owned talent communities and strategic partnerships that function as long-term acquisition channels with compounding returns
Requirements
- 4+ years building employer brands or talent marketing at a world-class tech or product company — and you know there's a bigger game to play
- You've built in talent marketing, employer branding, or brand comms — and you're hungry to go further
- You write copy that stops the scroll and have ideas for campaigns with a clear point of view
- You know how to work with media, pitch stories, and get Solidgate into the publications that matter
- You move fast, juggle priorities without losing quality, and collaborate without losing direction
- You spot trends early, test quickly, and adapt before others have noticed the shift
- You're fluent in Ukrainian and English — and can shift from punchy to polished in a sentence
