About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with OEM partners across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and aligning technical and commercial objectives to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage OEM partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective OEM accounts
- Lead contract negotiations and close strategic OEM agreements
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product offerings with partner needs
- Drive revenue growth through targeted sales planning and execution
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to regional demands
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns
- Serve as primary point of contact for OEM partner relationships
- Ensure alignment between partner requirements and product development roadmaps
- Track competitive activity and adjust positioning accordingly
- Support onboarding and integration of new OEM partners
- Organize and lead regular business reviews with partners
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Work cross-functionally with support, legal, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
- Manage partner performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and updates
- Translate partner feedback into actionable product insights
- Promote long-term partner retention through value delivery
- Align regional sales goals with global business objectives
- Drive adoption of new product lines through partner channels
- Report on key sales KPIs to senior management
- Ensure consistent communication across internal stakeholders
