Capgemini is looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to take on technical leadership and architectural decision-making within automotive embedded systems. You will drive high-quality software delivery in ASPICE-regulated environments, mentor team members, and influence project-level technical direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and integration of embedded automotive software.
- Own and architect AUTOSAR Classic solutions, including BSW stack configuration, SWC architecture, and RTE optimization.
- Drive development of ADAS features, including multi-sensor systems like camera, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic.
- Perform advanced debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Define and review software architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with ASPICE, including reviews, audits, and process improvement.
- Guide and mentor junior and entry-level engineers.
- Act as a technical interface to customers and project stakeholders.
- Support estimation, planning, and risk analysis from a technical perspective.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level C/C++ embedded development experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic: BSW modules, SWC design, RTE configuration and optimization.
- Strong experience in ADAS systems and sensor integration.
- Advanced debugging and analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of ASPICE processes and quality frameworks.
- Proficiency in version control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience influencing architecture and technical strategy.
