Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, implementation, and integration of embedded software for automotive applications.
- Take ownership of AUTOSAR Classic platform architecture and design.
- Configure and manage Basic Software (BSW) stack components.
- Design and structure Software Components (SWC) for optimal performance.
- Optimize the Runtime Environment (RTE) for efficient communication and timing.
- Advance the development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), incorporating sensor fusion from cameras, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic sensors.
- Conduct in-depth debugging, performance evaluation, and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Establish, review, and enforce software architectural guidelines, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Ensure adherence to ASPICE requirements through audits, reviews, and continuous process improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and cross-functional project teams.
- Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment activities.
