- Guide the team in technical direction and system architecture decisions.
- Design and sustain core functionalities of card readers, including feature development and maintenance.
- Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure timely and quality output.
- Support professional growth of team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Integrate secure coding practices, including threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Promote ongoing learning and drive innovation within the development team.
