Responsibilities
- Ensure operational readiness by managing preparation and execution checklists for all operational cycles to prevent gaps in system or facility access
- Lead comprehensive on-site logistics, including equipment tracking, team support, and coordination with local project personnel
- Build consistent, trust-based relationships with military personnel to integrate technical capabilities into daily unit operations
- Serve as an early indicator of customer challenges, identifying shifts in sentiment, friction points, and new requirements for leadership review
- Resolve field-level issues independently, addressing customer concerns and escalating major scope changes or command-level requests as needed
- Align on-site team activities with the technical roadmap to ensure field execution supports broader operational goals
- Maintain real-time awareness of field conditions and communicate ongoing risks and obstacles to program leadership
