Responsibilities
- Review exception reports to monitor smart metering data and address gaps or data substitutions.
- Set up and manage smart meter configurations, replacements, and connection records in the billing system.
- Conduct regular billing cycle audits and quality checks to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
- Produce and evaluate reports on billing, settlements, usage, and exceptions to detect inconsistencies and patterns.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, referring complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Keep client records for embedded networks accurate and assist with integrating new smart meter data.
- Support ongoing enhancements to billing, reporting, and system administration workflows.
