Wipro is looking for an Embedded Engineer to design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions, models, and simulations based on client project specifications. You will leverage specialized software tools to deliver optimized and cost-effective engineering outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop solutions according to client specifications using CAD and CAE software.
- Test prototypes and designs on software, checking all boundary conditions for impact and stress analysis.
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components into functional systems.
- Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and outline CAD models.
- Perform failure effect mode analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
- Provide optimized solutions by running simulations in a virtual environment.
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features to maintain cost-effectiveness for the client.
- Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing systems.
- Follow industry-standard operating procedures while modeling solutions.
- Provide customer support and problem solving, including defect fixing for the client or software integration team.
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with minimum latency and maximum efficiency.
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with project plans and industry standards.
- Ensure weekly and monthly status reports are delivered to clients.
- Maintain documents and create a repository of all design changes and recommendations.
- Maintain client time-sheets.
- Provide written knowledge transfer and history of the project.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in C++ programming.
