Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for embedded software solutions in the Taiwan market
- Identify and engage with original equipment manufacturers and technology partners
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Present technical and commercial value propositions to decision-makers
- Track market trends and competitor activity in the embedded systems sector
- Support partner enablement and co-selling initiatives
- Report on sales performance and pipeline metrics regularly
- Coordinate with global teams to adapt messaging for local markets
- Negotiate licensing and service agreements with clients
- Drive adoption of long-term software support offerings
- Facilitate proof-of-concept deployments with prospective customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product roadmaps and technical features
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with contractual and licensing terms
