This is a part-time, remote role with The Quality Group (TQG), supporting a Chicago-based speaker, workshop facilitator, and consultant. You will manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and light content updates in Squarespace, contributing to a mission-driven brand with flexible scheduling and room for growth.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Squarespace
- Develop and implement drip campaigns and nurture sequences
- Redesign and improve existing email templates for visual consistency and brand alignment
- Set up automated welcome flows and lead magnet delivery systems
- Support QR code landing page integrations tied to speaking engagements and workshops
- Edit and maintain Squarespace pages (landing pages, blog posts, content updates)
- Ensure brand consistency across fonts, layouts, and design elements
- Perform quality checks on all content prior to publishing (links, formatting, responsiveness)
- Provide occasional formatting support for PDFs, worksheets, and workshop materials as needed
- Assist with back-end marketing logistics and content setup
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and managing real email marketing campaigns
- Ability to clearly articulate previous campaign strategy and execution
- Experience with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, or similar systems
- Hands-on experience working within Squarespace, including site editing, page updates, and familiarity with its email functionality
- Strong understanding of email automation logic and drip campaign structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting and document editing)
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design principles
- Comfort learning and navigating new systems independently
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
