Responsibilities
- Track domain reputation and inbox health for 10–12 client accounts daily, detecting early signs of performance decline
- Initiate recovery actions when sender reputation drops, including manual warmup cycles, spam recovery procedures, and sending rate adjustments
- Configure end-to-end email campaigns in Reply.io and Instantly, including template creation, lead import, scheduling, workflow setup, and sending pace
- Investigate delivery failures such as bounce codes, DMARC rejections, blacklisting, and content filtering, using data from reputation metrics, spam placement, and reply trends to resolve issues independently
- Build and manage DNS configurations from the ground up: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and custom tracking domains
- Review email content for compliance with spam filters and hygiene standards before deployment
