Responsibilities
- Participate in ongoing professional development to support continuous improvement.
- Create challenging and suitable lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in collaboration with school leadership and central office academic resources.
- Collaborate with school leaders to review student assessment data, track progress, and adjust instruction based on findings.
- Work within grade-level teams to evaluate student work, exchange effective practices, organize events for enjoyment and community, and ensure students meet standards.
- Build relationships with families and maintain regular communication to involve them in their children's education.
