KOSTAL Group is looking for an Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will perform the full-cycle development of printed circuit boards for the automotive industry, working within a dynamic, international, and innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform the full development cycle of printed circuit boards in accordance with Company design rules that consider Customer requirements and internal Company standards.
- Conduct design analysis and verification of PCBs for compliance with manufacturing requirements, providing recommendations for product improvement.
- Create complete and accurate project documentation, preparing it for release in a timely manner and coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Collaborate with a Design Engineer to plan the placement of electronic components on the PCB.
- Perform technical calculations during the design process, analyze the efficiency of products under development, and conduct risk analysis for new product development.
What We're Looking For
- Higher technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or radio engineering.
- Experience designing and routing printed circuit boards.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing technology.
- Understanding of ESD and EMC requirements.
- Experience calculating electronic circuits (analog, digital).
- Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and fault finding.
- Experience working with microcontrollers and their peripheral circuits.
- Experience preparing design documentation.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency (B1).
Nice to Have
- Skills working in specialized software packages, preferably in Siemens Xpedition.
- Experience with PCB layout, preferably in Siemens Xpedition.
