Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of automated test systems used for functional validation, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance testing
- Evaluate test outcomes to detect failure patterns, conduct root cause analyses, and implement design enhancements
- Develop, carry out, and review test plans, protocols, and reporting documentation
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution of test campaigns
- Advance test system infrastructure, workflows, and methodologies through ongoing optimization
