Requirements

- Background in industrial settings, including gas and power generation
- Direct electrical and industrial field experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead large field teams
- Excellent scheduling and workforce planning capabilities
- Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
- Proficiency in updating progress reports and forecasting manpower needs
- Basic proficiency in computer applications
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Experience collaborating with union halls and referral systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
