Responsibilities
- Plan resource availability accordingly through the local unions. This includes the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors.
- Assist General Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.
Requirements
- Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations
- Industrial Experience, Gas Generation, Power Generation.
- Electrical /Industrial Direct Field Experience.
- Ability to Lead Large Field Crews
- Strong Scheduling & Manpower Planning Skills
- A strong Safety Leadership mind set.
- Ability to update progress reports & forecast manpower.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong Communication Skill Set
- Travel is a Requirement.
- Experience working with the IBEW Union Halls & Referral Systems
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
