Responsibilities
- Manage the electrical construction activities within your designated project area
- Supervise and guide a team of skilled electrical tradespeople
- Collaborate effectively with adjacent project teams and disciplines
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with technical specifications
- Take full ownership of your work scope, including detailed understanding, early identification of changes, and maintaining clear commercial accountability
- Maintain an accurate and actionable short-term schedule, coordinating trade movements and preventing conflicts
- Uphold high-quality standards by ensuring error-free installations, proper documentation, correct materials, and adherence to design plans
- Champion on-site safety by validating risk assessments, maintaining clean work zones, and protecting crew well-being
- Monitor and record daily progress to support accurate reporting and planning
- Manage procurement for small-scale or urgent material needs
- Ensure timely arrival of personnel, equipment, and materials critical to workflow
- Foster a reliable and capable team through fair evaluation, coaching, and timely escalation of unresolved issues
