Demonstrate strong leadership through ethical conduct, commitment to safety, inclusivity, collaboration, and a focus on quality.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams such as Planning, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, and EHS, as well as supply chain partners and client representatives.
Create and manage Project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans to ensure adherence to project requirements.
Regularly assess the performance of quality systems and implement updates as needed.
Schedule and conduct system walkdowns in line with project timelines, leading a team of inspectors.
Define system boundaries and content for test packs, including tracking each test pack's progress.
Evaluate construction methods related to offsite manufacturing and establish inspection matrices for both offsite and onsite work.
Supervise the completion of inspection checklists and resolution of punch list items ahead of system W1/W2/W3 reviews, with formal sign-off from stakeholders.
Analyze defects, punch list items, and snags across projects, track closure rates, and identify recurring issues.
Lead a First of Kind / Benchmark initiative to evaluate and monitor installation quality and progress.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to enhance project outcomes in areas such as snags, checklists, supply chain, risk, and trends.
Deliver weekly and monthly reports on the performance of the Quality Control program.
