Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of estimating, project management, or field experience in electrical or industrial construction—or equivalent industry exposure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to team-based estimates.
- Comfortable making independent judgments while aligning with project and company objectives.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including advanced Excel skills and experience using Accubid Anywhere.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on field experience in the electrical trade, particularly medium-voltage systems.
- Prior estimating experience on industrial or power-generation electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of MV electrical installation practices, equipment, and system layouts.
- Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and IBC, with specific relevance to industrial and power-generation facilities.
- Ability to review and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, duct bank layouts, grounding plans, and equipment specs.
- Experience estimating projects in:
- - Data Center Mechanical Yards
- - Hydroelectric Facilities
- - Oil & Gas Processing or Compression Sites
- - Power Generation Facilities
